Here’s a quick guide to what you’ll need to ensure a seamless and enriching yoga experience.

Remember: To maximize your investment, arriving 15 minutes before class is encouraged to allow for setup and settling in. Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time.

For Private Groups, One-on-One Sessions, and Community Yoga Events:

  • Bring Your Own Yoga Mat and Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key. Rental mats are available if desired.

  • Supportive Props: Blocks, straps, and blankets are provided to enhance your practice and support various poses.

  • Optional Journal and Pen: Bringing a journal and pen is encouraged, as you may want to clear your mind pre or post-class.
