I am Ambriehl Crutchfield, a former journalist turned yoga instructor. I help values-focused, fast-paced doers replenish themselves and improve their connection to their community. I do this because the more we care for our well-being, the more we’re able to make a unique impact. I love giving people the tools and space to live their truest lives.
My expertise shows up in my approachable teaching style, rooted in research and feelings-approved ;). Each session’s sequence, music, and offerings are crafted to center a timely intention.
My curiosity, passion for connection, and desire to amplify voices are the throughlines of my purpose. My yoga practice started as a way to get a low-impact workout and, over time, evolved into a sacred time to receive clarity, reduce anxiety, and connect with God. Mindfulness tools amplify my favorite pastimes, which include hiking, creating collages, interior design, international travel, and spending time with loved ones.
