• Yoga means "to unite."

    For some, yoga is a physical workout that allows them to improve their balance, strength, and flexibility. Or get a good stretch and relax. If you’re open, the movement can be a tool to go deeper into your inner world. Yoga also helps to manage stress, and improve self-care, and your sleep. Why you show up to yoga is a personal choice.

  • There is no "right" way to practice.

    A knowledgeable instructor can support you however you show up to class. We are happy to offer modifications and assist you as you explore how props can deepen your practice. Please let us know at the beginning of class if you have any ailments. We are happy to accommodate you to ensure you’re safe and the session is beneficial.

  • Doors open 15 minutes before class.

    Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable, connect with community and settle in. This is a requirement to respect the time and peace of class.

  • Please plan to stay the duration of class.

    We’re practicing reducing distractions so we can improve our focus. Leaving early is a disruption for you because you’re focused on the future and leaving, which contradicts our practice of being present. Leaving early also disrupts your classmates. Give yourself the gift of a full hour focused on you.

  • This is a phone free space.

    Did you know overusing your phone increases stress and anxiety, lowers life satisfaction, and poorer sleep quality? We know since you have this awareness you’ll respect your well-being and our community’s. There’s no gift like deep uninterrupted connection.

  • This is a safe space. Show up for who and how you are feeling in the moment.

    This is a judgment-free zone. It’s our job as Instructors to meet you where you are as you walk in the door. It’s hard to support you fully when you’re not showing up authentically. We accept and love all of you.
