Hey there! I am Ambriehl Crutchfield, your new yoga instructor, and I'm excited to serve you :)

I am a former journalist turned yoga instructor. I support values-focused, fast-paced doers who seek to replenish themselves and/or enhance their community connection. I do this because the more we care for our well-being, the more we can make a unique impact. I love giving people the tools and space to live their truest lives.

Yoga should be accessible to everyone. That's why we are a mobile studio offering the benefits of yoga with casual language, adjustable movements, and supportive props to meet your entire being—mind, body, and spirit—exactly where you are.

    • Our team creates experiences based on our lived experiences and deep listening to community needs. We research, reflect, and engage with community members to ensure our focus meets their needs.

    • We plan and conduct outreach to align guests and partners in values and interests while maintaining diverse perspectives.

    • Join our group sessions to explore, learn, and thrive with your neighbors, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. Whether you need time to slow down, integrate yoga philosophy into daily life, or receive support during transitions, we are here for you.

  • CORPORATE SESSIONS

    Your team or clients need tools and a break to alleviate stress and anxiety and improve mental clarity.

    • Schedule a meeting to discuss your team's daily operations, tasks, and workspace layout. *Chair yoga is available.

    • We offer a survey to learn the needs directly from your team.

    • Touch Grass Yoga will issue a liability insurance certificate during the contracting process and clarify how we plan to utilize the office space to accommodate your employees.

    • A TGY yoga instructor arrives early to set up and answer staff questions before the session begins.
